How to forward emails to Chatwoot inbox?

Step 1: Copy the 'forward to email address from configuration tab under inbox settings.

Step 2: Configure the copied email address as the forwarding email address in the email inbox.

1. Add forwarding address for Gmail Inbox

Step 3: Email the forwarding address added to your inbox.

Step 4: Check your Neo email inbox for the new email.
