Applications

You can use Dialogflow to create automated replies in your chat window. This way, you can let the bot answer the questions before transferring them to a customer service agent.

On the Neo home screen, go to ‘Settings’ -> Applications. Click on the Configure button next to Dialogflow.

You will see a window that opens up. Click on the “Add a new hook” button on the top right side of the screen.

A new screen will show up where you can enter the Dialog flow ID and Key file that you have already registered.

Dialogflow Project ID	Give a name for your project
Dialogflow Project Key File	Give the key file name
Select Inbox	Select the inbox from the drop down list to which you want to associate this project	eg: select 'User Documentation' Inbox
