Add Inboxes
An Inbox in Neo connects your website or various platforms like social media accounts, chat platforms, and more with Neo's intelligent chat support.
You can have unlimited inboxes in your Neo account, each tailored to different platforms or purposes.
How to Add an Inbox to Neo
You can add an inbox to your Neo account in the following ways:
I. Through Your Welcome/Onboarding Screen
You'll see the option to connect your inboxes on the onboarding screen.
Click on "Click here to create an inbox."

II. Through Your Settings Screen
On your Neo dashboard, click on Settings → Inboxes.

III. Through Your Home Screen
You can find the + New Inbox link on your home screen below the list of your inboxes.

Start Adding Inboxes
Navigate to the Inbox Screen
Once you reach the inbox screen, click on the button "Add Inbox" at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Select Channels
Start selecting channels where you want Neo to operate. You can see the list of supported channels on this screen, such as Website, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, API, Telegram, Line, etc.

Connect to Front-End Widgets
Inboxes would be connected to the front-end Widgets placed on the Website or other channels.
