CSAT

The Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) typically serves as an indicator of how satisfied customers are with your product, service, or a particular interaction. In Chatwoot, CSAT stands as a pivotal customer satisfaction metric that every customer-centric business should keep a close eye on. When an agent successfully concludes a conversation, Chatwoot initiates a survey to request your customers' ratings and feedback.

The CSAT is computed by posing a simple question, such as "Rate your conversation," accompanied by a corresponding emoji scale in the survey. Once customers submit their ratings, they also have the option to provide additional feedback, although this step is entirely optional.
