Webflow Integration

Neo is a live chat platform that lets you communicate with your Webflow website visitors in real-time. You can use Neo to provide customer support, collect feedback, generate leads, and more. To use Neo as your website's live chat, follow these steps:

1. Create a website inbox in Neo

Refer to the Website Channel document.

2. Install the generated script in Webflow

Go to website settings

Log in to your Webflow account and select your website. Go to Settings.

Paste the script in the Footer Code section.

Copy and paste the script in the Footer Code section in Webflow.

Go to Custom Code -> Footer Code.

Save the changes.

2. Publish the changes

Click on Publish -> Select the website -> Publish to selected domains.

That’s it! You have successfully integrated Neo with Webflow.
